EXCELLENT food. Unique atmosphere. $12.99 for the 3 meat plate or $9.99 for the fried fish. Everything was good.

Best bbq

Great place to stop and eat. We drive 40 miles round trip just to come eat here . It's not fancy it's old time setting and old time log cabin. In the winter months the fire place is very nice. The staff is nice and the food is good . Even though this is a BBQ place they do serve outstanding fried catfish . I order it almost every time I go. All the meals are good and you get all you can eat hushpuppies with any order and they are tasty. So if your wanting a easy laid-back meal and good food give it a try we like it. O the unsweetened tea is also very good.

We loved that bathrooms are clean and remodeled.. it is warm and cozy as we celebrated our Valentine's a day early. Service fast and food delicious..... enjoyed private atmosphere along with curious service. Kudos to you ❣️😘

Fries and potatoe salad were good. The BBQ is great. The hush puppies are the best I've ever had. I wish there was a little spice to them but they are so crunchy on the outside while light and moist on the inside.

Ribs were good but price difference than posted on menu on web. Pricey. Good food though.

The ribs are delicious and the baked beans really complement them!

Mediocre food at best... Service was lacking. The setting was nice though, that's about all I can say..

Food was excellent. Probably some of the best hush puppies I've ever had. I had a pulled pork sandwich with potato salad and fried okra. No complaints here. Got our food quick and staff was very friendly.

Today was my first time eating with Bowie's and I must say I'm impressed. The service was very friendly and fast and the value for the food was great. They have a lunch special until 2 for only $5.99!! I dined in and ordered the Fish and it was made to order and really tasty. The atmosphere very nice and it feels like u went back in time once u enter. I will be back soon

Wonderful service and great food. Brings back good memories of me and my daddy eating there at the same table. He's recently passed so it means alot to go and enjoy

Have stopped here many times on way to or from McComb to my home in Madison because it’s such a great little family owned bbq place! I’ve eaten in & gone through drive through & both have always provided excellent service. The food is delicious & the atmosphere is casual. My favorite is their pulled pork sandwich plate with 2 sides of your choice, all are very good! As they make your order, they offer complimentary homemade fried hush puppies which are the best I’ve ever had! Yummmmm!

All I can say is I was amazed. I usually don't do barbecue ribs, but this is the first place I have gotten ribs that I loved along with the briskets. Even the hush puppies were life changing. A great diamond in this little town. Go here even if your not a rib person. Berri nice.

I've been here several times. It's never been great, but also never bad. Consistency is a big deal sometimes. Not the best bbq I've ever had but by far not the worst. There's very little bbq around here anyway. The sides are good and hush puppies are great!

Wish the food would have been served hot, got the 3 meet combo, chicken was very juicy, ribs we average, pulled pork was dry.

This is a great old timey BBQ restaurant. They have all of the BBQ basics down pat and it's delicious.

Sat night was my husband and I 1st time to eat here and we were not disappointed. The ribs was tender and tasty

Pulled pork, ribs, and brisket, that's what's for lunch! They also have polish sausage and ham. This place is a meat lovers dream!

Great food and good people

My wife and I usually get to enjoy 2 sliced brisket plates with sides. The past 3 visits, we were told they only have chopped brisket. We were very disappointed and went elsewhere for our dinner. This is totally unacceptable. The time of all 3 visits were around 6:00 pm. Signed, Very dissapointed

Their catfish is always fresh, cooked as you order it. The hush puppies are the best in town.
